Check out this flat twist protective style sent in my Inesa, who says:

“I just wanted to submit a protective style that I just make up in the mirror all of the time. Here are the pictures, all I did was flat twist my whole head and wore them for 4 days to get the cute twist out.”

I think that this is a very nice protective style.  If I could flat twist, I’d give it a try.  Isn’t her first twist-out picture just too cute?!?  – LV

I mentioned a while back that my hair is much too thick to wear in a bun.  When I saw this style after checking out the link provided in a comment on CurlyNikki’s website, I had to ask for permission to re-post. This is definitely something that I’d like to try.  Check it out:

Steps Taken to Create this Style:
On damp hair I applied the Micah’s hair balm and I kept the hair moist with the rose water as I coiled the hair. I put a satin bonnet on and the next day I used my fingers to comb through the coils/

Additional Comments: I used the TRESemmé Naturals low sulfates shampoo and conditioner
